Flex Sneaker Care is a professional cleaning and maintenance service for sneakers and streetwear accessories. Their mission is to provide affordable and quality products that contribute to the culture of sneaker and accessory care.
My role in this project was to lead a packaging design process as part of the official relaunch of the brand and a new product line.

Launch of a new product line, start of the online sales and opening of the physical store and distribution to various sales points.
INITIAL STRATEGY

We began with a study and research of the brand and its products to determine the best launch strategy and positioning.
READJUSTMENTS

After the research, it was decided to do a basic logo redesign to make it work better with the visual proposal.
LABELS

Labels for the new products were designed based on the established visual proposal.
PACKAGING

Finally, I designed the packaging for purchasing and shipping the cleaning kit, and also created decorative elements for the brand.
